Transferring Photos Facebook to Google+ couldn't get any more simpler then this.
All you need is the Chrome browser and the Move Your Photos chrome extension.
Follow these simple Steps :
1) Install the Chrome Move Your Photos extension. Once the Extension is installed it would look something like this :
2) Now you will find a Move Your Photos Logo in your chrome along your address bar. Click on that.
3) Click on 'log into Facebook'.
4) Give it permission to use it's Facebook app.
5) The Next Page would look something like this :

Select the Photos you want to transfer and click on the Upload button at the bottom of the page.
6) Wait and Enjoy. This will create the Albums and transfer the selected images with the same album names as they are on Facebook.
